End Time Sign . . . Increase of Knowledge

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. (KJV)
THIS clearly points to today! It CANNOT be proven false by anyone. Just look around. All through history we have had a slow increase in knowledge . . . BUT . . . consider the EXPLOSION of knowledge over the past 150 years! Up until recently in history, the fastest form of transportation was a horse. Now man can travel at hundreds and even thousands of miles per hour, and even with travel to the moon! Technology has developed rapidly, which has led to great improvements in computer power, scientific discoveries and the medical profession. Consider how much we have learned about the human body with things like DNA and Cellular Structures etc. And how about "running to and fro"? This points specifically to our day with planes, trains, automobiles and the hustle-bustle of modern day life. We definitely run to and fro and we have knowledge like NO time before us.

These Bible signs do not end there, because it has a dual application. "running to and fro and knowledge increase" also applies to knowledge of Biblical truths. Amos 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. (KJV) . . . Troubled people will go from sea to sea seeking the Word of God but will NOT find it. God in His great love for His chosen people had sent His Word by prophets, but they had rejected His Word, and even slain His prophets. Today most people have the Bible in their homes, but seldom open it to see what blessings it holds!
During the dark ages, for over 1000 years, knowledge of Biblical Truths were suppressed by the Roman Catholic Church. But ever since the protestant reformation and breakaway from Rome, God's people have been running to and fro in His Word freely and knowledge about great Bible Truths have been revealed. Thank You Jesus! God now has an end time remnant church with the Gospel Truth to take to the world before the end comes, which is needed to fulfill the sign about taking the TRUE Gospel message to the whole world.

Matthew 28:19-20  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (KJV)
Mark 16:15-16 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (KJV)
Luke 24:47-48  And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 And ye are witnesses of these things. (KJV)
Romans 10:8-10  But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. I simply must add the following. The other night on 60 Minutes I saw this amazing story. If this is not "increase in knowledge" I don't know what is!

Survivors of the Holocaust now have the chance to preserve their stories in a way that allows them to directly answer future generations' questions about their experiences.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the end of that war and of the liberation of concentration camps across Europe. Most of the survivors who remain are now in their 80s and 90s. Soon there will be no one left who experienced the horrors of the Holocaust firsthand, no one to answer questions or bear witness to future generations. But as we first reported earlier this year, a new and dramatic effort is underway to change that. Harnessing the technologies of the present and the future, it keeps alive the ability to talk to, and get answers from, the past.

Amazing! simply amazing! Knowledge has been increased, just as Daniel predicted!
