Last Days Prophecy
Welcome to our website
When we study Old Testament prophecy, the day of the Lord, is the accurate name for the start of the end times judgments of God, which I believe starts after the opening of the 6th seal in Rev.6:12.
Revelation 6:12-17 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the ountains;
16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? (KJV)
The reason of this particular “day” is for God to defend Israel against an attack by the Gog-Magog coalition AND to pour out His holy and righteous wrath on the unbelieving world for the countless of years of disobedience and sin. It seems to me that the entire Earth will experience this devastating earthquake and the abnormal heavenly happenings sent by God and they shall KNOW that His holy and righteous wrath has come to a head!
What this means for ALL humanity left behind at the Rapture (1 Thes.4:13-18), is that this “day of the Lord” is God’s righteous judgment which He shall plummet on a sinful world, and this “day” IS definitely coming. The sins that we (ALL of us) in society commit every day are all being accounted (registered) by God and as people slip further and further into outright rebellion against the Lord, “that day” just gets closer and closer!
(1.) The sins of all TRUE believers in God’s only begotten Son (John 3:16), have been forgiven, and we have been justified in God’s eyes (Rom.5:1-10), and sanctified (1 Cor. 6:11; 2 Thes. 2:13), set apart for eternal life in Heaven (John 3:36; 5:24). Whatever is written in OUR book, will be revealed at the Judgment Seat of Christ. (Ps.56:8; 139:16; Luke 10:20; Rev.3:5; 21:27). When our books are opened at the Judgment Seat of Christ, the eternal destination of all TRUE believers has already been decided, and that is Heaven. What will be decided is will we receive rewards for our service to Christ Jesus AFTER we were saved, OR will we LOSE rewards we could have had? This is why we MUST have a good and right relationship with God, which comes ONLY through belief in Christ Jesus as your Saviour and Lord for the forgiveness of your sins. This is SO important and very serious. Please pay attention to what God states in His Holy Word!
(2.) The judging of sins of unbelievers on the day of the Lord (Judgment Day) shall be totally different from the judging of the sins of believers. Since they rejected Jesus and what He accomplished on the cross, their sins are NOT forgiven. They shall stand before that majestic Great White Throne in terror!
Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. (KJV) . . . John saw a great white throne, and he saw the One who was sitting on it. This One is Jesus! Jesus shall be the Judge of ALL who have ever lived! God the Father has put everything in His control! From His awesome and majestic Presence, the Earth and sky fled, but in that day, NO one will be able to find a place to hide. It is my opinion that all those who stand before this Great White Throne Judgment, are from the second resurrection; that of the wicked or unjust (Dan. 12:2; Acts 24:15; John 5:28-29).

http://www.judgmentcoming.org/j_c_hell_is_it_there.htm . . . YES! There IS a HELL!!!
As much sin as there in the world, God’s mercy and willingness to forgive us is even greater.
Romans 5:20-B - - - - - - - - - - But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: (KJV) . . . For all those who sincerely seek Christ Jesus for forgiveness of their sins, and believe that He is God’s only begotten Son, they will not experience the day of the Lord, they will NOT have to go through are the horrid judgments that take place in the Great Tribulation.
Jesus confirmed this same thing in:
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. (KJV) . . . The purpose of the Rapture is to provide an escape for God’s TRUE children before all of these horrible judgments begin. TRUE Christians can be confident that they will NOT experience God’s wrath of the Great tribulation period.
1 Thes. 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, (KJV) . . . The apostle Paul also states the same thing.
Luke 21:34-36 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.(KJV) . . . Jesus warned the apostles to WATCH against every sin, snare and temptation, especially against the above things, surfeiting, drunkenness, and worldly cares. These same conditions thrive in today’s world! We must pray continually, for fresh supplies of grace. 1 Thes. 5:17 Pray without ceasing. (KJV)
That ye may be counted worthy . . to escape all these things that shall come to pass; those that should come to pass at or before the destruction of Jerusalem, or afterward; and to stand before the Son of Man, meaning the last judgment. Worthy through the grace and goodness of God. (Rom.5:1; Col.1:10; 1 Thes.2:12).
To escape all these things that shall come to pass . . . the dreadful miseries and distress, that shall come upon the Jews in the destruction of Jerusalem; and for us in things to come.
And to stand before the Son of man . . . with courage, confidence and desire; and to meet Him at His Coming in this way, with great joy and tremendous comfort . . . be it at our death, and on Judgment Day. 1 John 2:28-29 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him. (KJV)
